It was a sad night for Elder Eli Robison, making his final appearance in the Toothpick Palooza! And although his pick grabbing skills were at a minimum, he earned an honorary 10 points since he will be in Ukraine for the next 2 years. We also had an amazing underwater videographer Kyle Doerflin whos skills also earned him a bonus 10 points. And ...all in all, it was an amazing night, with many people making their first pick debuts. With tensions rising, and a watchful eye for the police busting through the door, the picks were doven and the fun begun. Here are the results from tonight:

How to Play the Game

"Musical chairs in the water" is the best way to describe this popular game of "Toothpicks".
It's a fun, fast pace game played in a swimming pool.

How to Play the Game:
...Say 10 people are playing, one person dives 9 toothpicks to the bottom of the pool. Once 'picks have been released, all 10 players are standing outside of the pool. Once you see a 'pick and you think that you can grab it on the jump, you can dive in. Last person without a toothpick is out and it goes to the next round until there is a final winner...

Rules of the Game

Rules:

1. If you see a toothpick, you may NOT point to the toothpick you see; or tell the other players where a toothpick is.

2. At least 6 peopole must be in attendance during the 1st round to count points for the Top 5.

3. Pushing is ALLOWED only when a player is jumping for a 'pick.

4. You may not be touching the side of the pool when grabbing the 'pick.

5. 'Pick MUST be grabbed on the jump and not by swimming over to it.

6. HAVE FUN!

Technicalities:
If for some reason the last 'pick is no where to be found by the last remaining two players of the round, a new 'pick will be dropped again. -- Occasionally, once a new 'pick is dropped the other 'pick is found, in which case the 1st player to get 1 of the 2 'picks moves onto the next round.

If a 'pick is not found in the pool, but is found in the vents, 'pick will be dropped again.

Disclaimer: Rules will be changed on OCCASION as seen fit.
